We’ve done all we can to source the very best shipping and postal services available and we make it a priority to get your order to you once we receive it. We do our best to secure your products for safe shipping and we not only want it to arrive safely but as quickly as possible.

Here’s what you need to know about shipping and how long your order will take to reach you:

Free shipping for all orders over $99 (US).
For orders under $99, a standard shipping fee of $10.00 (US) applies.
All orders are provided with a tracking number.
Deliveries should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Though our products generally work beautifully on sensitive skins, it may be that your skin reacts to one of the many active natural ingredients in the product you’ve purchased. Or maybe your product was damaged in transit or it simply doesn’t work for you. We are committed to providing the highest quality organic products. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Products that do not perform as intended may be returned within 30 days.

Generally, we won’t expect you to return your order, but there may be cases, when we want to check out what’s gone wrong, where we’ll arrange for the products to be returned to us.
